Telephone communication issues
Unfortunately over the past few weeks there have been some technical issues with the telephone system. This is an intermittent national problem and not just related to Oakwood Surgery. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience.
We can all help control the virus if we all stay alert. For further information please go to the link: http://www.mansfield.gov.uk/news/article/1199/residents-warned-as-covid-19-cases-rise-in-mansfield

Are you 65 years old or over, a carer, pregnant or do you have a Long Term Condition? In which case you could be eligible for a Flu vaccination. Appointments are available to book via online services; e.g. NHS App or SystmOnline for your convenience for a flu vaccination.
Children who were born between 1st September 2016 and 31st August 2018 are also eligible for a flu vaccine. Please contact the Surgery to arrange an appointment.
Entrance to the Surgery is again now only via the front door; this is to aid social distancing whilst moving around the Surgery. Please attend your appointment alone wherever possible. There are now directional arrows around the building to aid one way flow & you will be asked to exit the building via the car park.
Please be aware that only patients with a booked face-to-face appointment will be allowed in to the building. On arrival you will be screened for potential Coronavirus symptoms (you will be asked a series of questions). You will need to wear a face covering unless you have a specific breathing condition. Please see the latest Government guidance regarding children wearing face masks.
If you require an appointment please continue to ring the Surgery to arrange a telephone consultation. If you wish to order a prescription this can be done via NHS App, systmOnline, email, post into box outside the building or phone.
If you have any other queries please contact the Surgery via phone 01623 435555 or email: email@example.com
