Pharmacy First

As of 1st March, when you call the surgery our trained reception team will ask you some triage questions in relation to your medical issue or query. This will enable them to direct you to the most appropriate clinician or service.

The surgery team can now refer you to a local community pharmacist who can assist with the list of conditions or illnesses below. They can also prescribe you with antibiotics if needed.

* Infected Insect bite or sting
* Shingles
* Impetigo
* Acute Sore Throat
* Acute Sinusitis
* Acute Otitis Media (Ear Infection)
* Contraception
