complaints then please do not hesitate to speak to her, she will be happy to help. If she is unavailable speak to the assistant manager, John Roughton. You can speak to either by phone or face to face by asking at reception. All matters are dealt with confidentially and you will therefore be taken to an available office within the surgery for your discussion.
Administrative Staff
Includes: Receptionists/Secretaries (12), Manager (1), Assistant Practice Manager (1), Clinical Coders (3), Data Quality and Finance (3) who help to keep the Practice organised and running smoothly. They carry out other procedures including immunisation/travel advice, ear syringing, removal of sutures, wound/leg ulcer dressings and tests ordered by the Doctor. They also give vaccinations, blood pressure and cervical smear examinations as well as weight management advice etc. New patients will be invited to see a Nurse or Health Care Assistant to update their medical registration details and offer health advice.
