Please help us to help you

Please do NOT attend the Surgery unless you have been requested to by a member of the Surgery staff.

If there is more than one member of the family who needs to be seen then separate appointments must be made. Appointments are administered by the Receptionists according to the Doctors’ instructions. Most of the time we are flexible, but when problems arise, as they do from time to time, please try to be patient. If there are delays we will offer you an explanation.

We will treat everyone on an individual basis, irrespective of their ethnic origin or religious or cultural beliefs, sex or age.

If you are unable to attend for your appointment please cancel it at least 1/2 hour before the appointment is due; by giving the Surgery advance notice of your cancellation the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours per day by either calling our dedicated cancellation line number 01623 435551, ringing 01623 435555 and selecting option 3; selecting cancel within your MJog Messenger appointment reminder or by texting back “cancel” to your text message reminder of your appointment.

We have a policy for patients who do not attend their appointments; following letters of warning, it may result in you being removed from the practice.
